Welcome to Filled with Light Photography. By using this website, booking a session, or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Filled with Light Photography provides photography services including, but not limited to, weddings, families, portraits, and related offerings. Specific details, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in your booking agreement or proposal.

2. Booking & Payment

A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your date. The retainer is non-refundable and applied toward your total balance. Final payment is due as outlined in your contract. No services or image delivery will occur until payment is received in full.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on timing and circumstances. Full terms will be outlined in your individual contract.

4. Image Style & Artistic Discretion

By booking Filled with Light Photography, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our style and trust our artistic judgment. We retain creative control over editing, composition, and final image selection. Requests for additional retouching beyond our standard style may incur extra fees.

5. Turnaround Time

Image delivery timelines vary by session type and season and will be communicated in advance. While every effort is made to meet estimated timelines, delays due to circumstances beyond our control may occur.

6. Copyright & Image Use

All images remain the copyright of Filled with Light Photography. Clients receive a personal usage license, allowing them to print and share images for personal, non-commercial use. Images may not be altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

7. Model Release

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Filled with Light Photography reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. If you prefer your images not be shared publicly, this must be requested in writing prior to your session.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality images and a seamless experience, Filled with Light Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue restrictions, technical failures, or acts of God. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Filled with Light Photography and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
